Our labor education program, Make It Werq, trains participants on knowing their Workers’ Rights and develops them as leaders to facilitate community workshops and share their knowledge and skills to advocate for LGBTQ worker rights.
Participants can also go on to become Transcend advocates and assist trans and gender non-binary workers navigate getting help when their worker rights are violated.
