Learning about your labor rights and working to get justice for violations can be hard to navigate alone, which is why LGBTQ Allyship has a monthly support group where LGBTQ workers can come together, share their experiences and knowledge and build community. We briefly go over the existing labor standards and provide information to workers about resources that can assist them, including being connected to our Transcend advocates.
